What areas do you deliver to, and how much will it cost?

We deliver to all areas throughout Sydney, starting from just $25. For all delivery zone information and pricing, please visit our Delivery Zone section. 

My delivery address is not listed in you delivery zones. Am i still able to hire equipment from Sleepy Lion?

If you live outside of our delivery zones, or would like the equipment delivered to an area not listed, please contact us. We may be able to accommodate you with customised delivery charges.

Have you got liability insurance?

Yes we do! We care about the safety of our clients so all of our equipment is purchased new, and kept in the best condition possible. However, for everyone’s peace of mind we’ve taken out full public and product liability insurance so you can relax in the knowledge we’re doing everything we can to keep you and your little ones safe.

Can you install my car seat for me?

Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer car seat installation

What happens if I need to cancel or change my order?

We will always do our best to accommodate any changes you might need to make, however this will always depend on availability of our products and how close you are to the pick up date. We request changes to be submitted in writing to info@sleepylion.com.au at least 3 days prior to pick up date.

There will be no cancellation fees incurred, unless you are cancelling within 3 days of pick up date. In which case 50% of the total fee will be charged.

I love the product that I’ve hired, am I able to buy it off you?

Absolutely! Please get in touch and we will be able to price this up for you.

Can I extend my hire period after delivery?

Of course, we just need to make sure that the item/s you have hired are available for the extended period of time, so just get in touch and we’ll do the best we can for you.

How accurate is my delivery window?

Ensuring we get your item/s to you on time is very important to us. However, as we all know sometimes there are delays outside of our control. That’s why we have a one hour grace period for all delivery/pick up windows. 

I’ve placed my order online, is it confirmed?

We keep all of the inventory on our website up to date, so most likely everything you’ve ordered will be confirmed without a problem! But just to be sure we want to go through your order with a fine tooth comb, so please wait until you receive an Order Confirmation email from us before you consider your booking is 100% good to go!

I've purchased an item, and ordered products for hire in the same transaction. When will I receive my purchased goods?

This is up to you! If you would like to receive the products that you've purchased when we deliver your hire products, we will deliver in one bundle, and keep safe for you until then. If you would like us to ship your purchased products to you prior to your hire date, we can do this too at our standard shipping rate of $9.95 ($14.95 for bulky items) Unless you tell us otherwise, we will assume you want all your goodies in one go.

Where do you ship your purchased products to?

All products for sale on our site can be shipped Australia wide. We deliver to any residential or business address with the exception of remote islands, PO Boxes, Post Offices, or lockers.

Can I track the order that's been posted out to me?

Absolutely! We offer track and trace, and this is included in the price.

How long will it take to receive my purchased order in the mail?

We offer standard shipping on all our purchased products. Postage may take between 1-3 business days for most major cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide. Delivery times may vary to other cities. Hobart: 3-7 business days, Perth: 7-10 business days, Darwin: 7-14 business days. 

During the 'wet season', deliveries to the Northern Territory and Northern Queensland may take longer due to adverse weather conditions.

Are my credit card details secure?

Absolutely. Our website is powered by Shopify which keeps all of your details secure and private.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged once we’ve confirmed your order is available and good to go. So, once you receive your Order Confirmation you will also receive your receipt of payment.

Is there any bond required when hiring equipment?

For some orders we may charge a bond. You will be notified if this is the case at time of confirmation.

Sleepy Lion reserves the right to charge your credit card the full retail value of hired items, or the amount we may become liable for. This may include damages, soiled items, or failure to return the goods to us on time or at all.

How clean is your equipment?

All equipment is meticulously steam cleaned and sterilised to make sure we keep your little ones as protected and safe as possible.
